Annual Plant Sale
Sunday 11 May
11am – 2pm
GARDENERS' DELIGHT AT THE HOLBURNE PLANT SALE
An annual highlight for gardening enthusiasts, the Friends of the Holburne Museum Plant Sale will take place on Sunday 11th May. With fewer parking restrictions on a Sunday, visitors will be able to stock up on even more horticultural delights. Held in the front grounds of the museum, the sale will run from 11am-2pm.
Regulars and newcomers will find the usual quality, variety and value for money offered by the Friends' own plant stall, and irresistible collections from eight specialist nurseries, including Beans and Herbs, Chase Plants, Eric Rambridge, Hilltop Nursery, Ivy Cottage Nursery, The Mead Nursery, NW Plants, Special Plants, and Wild Thyme.
Not only will visitors be able to stock up on the most attractive and interesting shrubs, annuals, perennials and vegetables, but experts will be on hand to provide gardening information and advice.
There will also be a second hand gardening and cookery book stall.
After all that shopping you will be able to relax and enjoy refreshments and home made cakes in the Clore Education Room located just inside the entrance to the museum, or a more substantial lunch in the Holburne café.
