An evening of music and poetry to celebrate the birth of Romanticism. The programme tells the story of how William Wordsworth and S.T.Coleridge came to create the revolutionary volume Lyrical Ballads in 1798 and links key poems with masterpieces of the early Romantic lieder repertoire.
