The Seashell and the Clergyman is a rarely seen cult classic, taking you into a dream world of forbidden passion. An enigmatic little film, beautifully structured and immaculately edited, it was banned on release in the UK. This film will be paired with Lotte Reiniger's beautiful shadow animations The Sleeping Beauty (1954) and The Magic Horse (1953).
