A concert highlighting some of the delightful chamber music performed in the great city of Venice at the birth of the Renaissance and early Baroque including music by Vivaldi, Albinoni, Frescobaldi and Gabrieli.

Richard Lester has established an international reputation amongst the great early keyboard players of our time. His many solo engagements have included broadcasts for BBC radio and television, recitals at the Royal Festival Hall South Bank Centre and Wigmore Hall. He has recorded all of Scarlatti’s keyboard sonatas for Nimbus Records.
