Programme
Yoga with Krissy – CLORE room
Maybe you already practice yoga, or maybe this is your first time. All are welcome! I’m Krissy and have been teaching yoga for 20 years in and around Bath. At the present I teach small groups and 1-1’s at my studio, regular sessions at the YMCA and with MIND as part of the ‘Get Set Go’ programme and also for the chair-bound at a residential home. Basically, yoga is for everyone. Aside from the mental, physical and health benefits, it is a way for each of us, at whatever stage or situation in life, to grow and learn, free of dogma and remember how to be the best human we can in a world constantly in flux.

‘Shoes off, Sit’ – Samantha Davies
‘I am a fine art student who designs sculptural sound environments intended to immerse participants into a soundscape both natural and synthetic, whereby the vibration of the sonic field can be palpable within auric space as well as sensed through the ears. The tangibility of sounds experienced invites a shift in conscious awareness and a feeling of relaxed, well being through immersion into a sonic temple of deep listening.’
