Reimagining the Holburne’s Collection: Lab 3 – Interactive Storytelling

Be inspired by the museum’s collection of miniature portraits to have a go at writing your own interactive short story or poetry using Twine software.
Creative Technologists from Bath Spa University will introduce you to the free software and the opportunities it offers for creative writing and reaching new readers. Museum staff will share the origins of miniature portraits and introduce you to the collection and its fascinating and diverse stories. You’ll then be encouraged to discuss what’s inspired you with the group and use your new skills with Twine to create work in your own time if you wish.
Writing submitted will be selected for publication on the museum’s Reimagining the Holburne’s collection website.
This Lab is best suited to people who already write, for themselves or others, and want to experiment with new formats. Each Lab is limited to 20 people aged 16 and over. Refreshments are included.
